Talkline is committed to protecting the personal information of children who use our products or services. The child privacy protection statement (hereinafter referred to as "this statement") and the talkline privacy policy are intended to explain to guardians (hereinafter referred to as "you") and children how we collect, use, store and process children's personal information and how we provide access, correction, deletion and protection for you and children. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms and abbreviations used in this statement have the same meanings as those in the user agreement and talkline privacy policy.

1. What information we collect

2. How we use this information
2.1 We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and the agreement with users, and use the information collected about you and your children for the following purposes:
- Provide necessary products or services and specific functions of products or services;
- For the purpose of optimizing products or services, safety assurance and service investigation.
2.2 If we need to use your personal information or your child's personal information beyond the above purposes, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.
3. Sharing, transferring and disclosing children's personal information
3.1 We strictly restrict the sharing, transfer and disclosure of children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations.
3.2 Generally, we will not share children's personal information with third parties. We can only share the personal information of the child with a third party with the prior consent of the guardian.

4.2 When the operation of our products or services stops or the storage period of your and your children's personal information expires, we will notify you and your children in the form of push notice, announcement, etc., and delete or anonymously process your and your children's personal information within a reasonable period of time.
5. Manage children's personal information
During the use of TalkLine products or services by children users, in order to make it easier for you and children to access, correct and delete relevant personal information, we provide you with corresponding operation settings in the product design. You can also feedback and consult relevant information through the contact information provided by us. We will contact you in time after verifying your feedback. Please understand that during the verification process, we may need you to provide personal information such as children's account and contact information, so as to continue to respond to your needs after completing identity verification and problem verification.
5.1 Access to children's personal information
You and the children under your supervision can view the personal information provided or generated by children users in using our products or services, including but not limited to user name, password, avatar, nickname, mobile phone number, email content, etc.
5.2 Correction of children's personal information
When you and your children find that there are errors in the children's personal information we collect, use and process, you can contact us for correction. We will take timely measures to correct the problems after completing the authentication and verification.
5.3 Deleting children's personal information
If there are the following circumstances, you and your child can request us to delete the collected, used and processed child's personal information. We will take timely measures to delete it after completing the authentication and verification.
- If we collect, store, use, transfer or disclose children's personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or the agreement of both parties;
- If we collect, store, use, transfer and disclose children's personal information beyond the scope of purpose or necessary period;

5.4 When can children manage their own accounts
When a child under custody reaches the age of 14, he or she has the right to manage his or her account number by himself or herself.

6.1 This statement is only applicable to our products or services for children under the age of 14, products or services that cannot identify or do not actively identify the user's age, and only applicable to the TalkLine privacy policy.
